One outlet in the designated space for child care was observed without a safety cover; this was corrected during the visit. One charging cord was observed accessible to children; this cord was made inaccessible during the visit. Plastic grocery bags and diaper wrappers were observed accessible to children under three years of age, creating a potential choking hazard. In the outdoor learning environment, the top of a plastic, child-sized picnic table was observed to be cracked, creating a potential pinching hazard. Two child-sized plastic and metal chairs were observed to be rusting. One cardboard box, a small, yellow piece of cracked plastic, sharp to the touch, a plastic bottle cap, and a black metal frame which was observed to be beginning to rust were observed on the playground.
