The kitchen is positioned between two classrooms. Both doors leading to the kitchen was open and the stove was on; no staff member was in the kitchen and children were in space 3. This was corrected during the visit, when the door was closed and the cook returned to the kitchen.

Minimum staff/child ratios and group sizes for the number and ages of children in care were not met. In space 3, 12 children were present with one provider. The youngest child was 2 years old. The group size ratios are 1 to 9 or 2 to 18. This was corrected when an additional provider joined the classroom.

A safe indoor and outdoor environment was not provided for the children. The kitchen is positioned between two classrooms. Both doors leading to the kitchen was open while the stove was on and no staff member was in the kitchen. Children were observed in space 3, the adjoining classroom. This was corrected during the visit when the kitchen doors were closed.
