I put my both my children in this facility. We love it here! The staff is caring and engaged. My children have loved their experiences here and learned so much.
They are very unprofessional and Don’t know how to do they’re job
I will be putting in a complaint for these unprofessional, disrespectful damn bus drivers. It was a incident recently and im gonna make sure state does Some thing about it. I work at a daycare so I know the rules and how bus drivers need to act esp.infront of kids that haven't been dropped off yet smdh #KARMA
I would not recommend this daycare to my worse enemy. Stephanie Roper is the director of this daycare & she is very unprofessional. She operates on wake county schedule meaning she closes and has delays similar to schools which I never understood. We parents bring our children to the daycare not any school buses yet she opens, closes and has delays at the school and never informs the parents. She uses her discretion as to when she will open or close & can inconvenience the parents on days when the weather is nice, no issues with driving & will still close the daycare if wake county schools are closed. During hurricane michael she was going to open at a 2hr delay & when wake county decided at 1045pm that they were going to close she followed this as well. I asked her why did she close when she committed to a 2 hr delay, the weather was 70 degrees and sunny. Wake county closed because of power outages which ddI not pertain to her facility so she could have used her discretion and open the daycare. While calling and texting Stephanie she disregarded and ignored all of my messages. When I ran into her she stated to me that she ignored my messages & stopped reading the texts. Moreover, when she closes she still charges the parents and she does not pay her staff on these closings. She is double dipping by charging us and not paying her staff. Stephanie is very rude & I say look for daycare elsewhere. You get what you pay for but DO NOT PAY FOR LEARNING WORLD ( by the way they do not least. Here the teachers are overworked, child to student ratio is disproportionate, the teachers don’t pay attention on their cell phones, dirty diapers at pickup, etc)
The coordinator is never available . When you talk to her about issues, she's acts like she care but won't fix stuff and talks about the parents to the teachers and vice versa. The 3 and 4 yr old teachers don't pay attention to the kids, let them watch movies all the time, leave kids in pee pee clothes, are on the phone devices so time, yelling at the kids all the time. Very unprofessional.
