In Space 3 there were two (2) spray antibacterial soaps with the warning ‘Keep out of reach of children’ accompanied by other warnings being stored on a shelf in the classroom. In Space 5 it was observed that two (2) bottles of essential oils and one (1) spray bottle of Wizard room freshner, each with the warning ‘Keep out of reach of children’ accompanied by other warnings, were being stored in an unlocked cabinet in the classroom. There was also a bottle of Windex glass cleaner with multiple warnings on the label observed being stored on a shelf in the classroom. It was also observed that an aerosol can of foam soap was being stored on shelf in that same classroom.
