| Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the Compliance Inspection conducted on 3/25/26, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. The Plan of Corrections is requested to be submitted in the LMS portal within 10 days of receipt. The following was discussed but not limited to: 1) All current staff must submit a DCS clearance application through the CBC portal that was effective July 2024, 2) Nap mat spacing and arrangement 3) Epipens are required to be stored together, rather than separating them and storing one in the classroom and the second in the nurse’s office. Please email the Compliance Officer the following: 1) The approved fire inspection when obtained, and 2) The 4 cited staff's DCS clearance. A copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was provided at the time of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. 4 of 4 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. | |||
