I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I am writing this review after a deeply disappointing experience with this daycare. I enrolled my child here based on assurances that they offered potty training support, only to find out after enrollment that no such support was actually provided. This was not just misleading — it was a major factor in our decision to choose this facility, and I feel incredibly let down.

Throughout our time here, it became clear that there is a troubling lack of patience or understanding for normal child behavior. Children are regularly sent home for things as basic as crying or resisting nap time — behaviors that are completely age-appropriate. Rather than working through these moments with care and professionalism, the staff appears quick to remove children instead of supporting them.

Equally concerning is the state of the equipment and toys, many of which are noticeably run-down or in poor repair. My child was even injured on a broken piece of equipment, which should never happen in a facility that claims to prioritize safety and care.

Overall, this daycare has let us down tremendously. If you're looking for a nurturing, patient environment where children are supported through their developmental stages, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
