The facilities written policies and procedures indicated the program would ensure compliance with staff/child ratios are met by enough staff being present throughout the day, the director or cook would step in and provide coverage when staff need to leave the classroom for any reason and as a last resort parents would be asked to pick children up early if staffs members left without coverage.
