This started off as a very nice experience, then went to hell and were terminated on the spot for not cooperating with their demands. They became rude demanding and tried to label our child with a disability. Said time after time after time to not label our child with this disability and they kept labeling our child with this label. Demanded meetings in person, had to rearrange our schedules and take time off of work. Refused dr's notes etc. The director was miserable to deal with would ask her a question and would never explain it right and would get pissed at us for asking questions.
