Description: With our progressive and holistic early childhood education philosophy, we understand that each child has unique needs and interests. We provide the environment and tools your child needs to thrive to the best of their abilities. When we expose children to different environments and various learning experiences, we allow them to explore their self-awareness and gain a sense of the world around them. Once they leave a Next Generation Campus, they're fully prepared for the next stage of their young lives. We respect and recognize that there are many individual differences among children.

Question by Claire Kerstel (6 months ago): Dear Next Generation Team, My name is Claire Kerstel- I am a Youth Employment Specialist in the Chittenden County area with the Vermont Association of Business, Industry & Rehabilitation (VABIR), and we partner with HireAbility VT. I work primarily with high school students to help them reach their career goals. We are organizing a weekly business circuit tour to expose high school students to different work environments, starting after the holidays on 01/21/2024. Many of our students have shown an interest in early childhood education, and that is why we are asking Next Generation to allow us to visit for a tour of your facility. It would be a great opportunity for our students to observe your work in creating a nurturing environment for young children, as well as explore the career opportunities in early childhood development. The students could ask questions, see your staff in action, and learn more about what it takes to support young children’s growth and development. We are asking if you would be open to scheduling one day over the course of these circuit weeks in which we could visit with you. This circuit will be our segue into our Summer Career Exploration Program (SCEP), which starts in June and ends in August. The work experience can last anywhere from 4-8 weeks and is funded by HireAbility VT.
