Schlossers Red Balloon-mckean

This center is a mess, cluttered and the owner is rude. You will get a tour of the small center but they only use one small room where they put all the kids of different ages. Not once did I see the preschool room being used. The infant room was filled to the ceiling with things so they couldn’t use it. The staff are not the sharpest tools in the shed and lack personality, often not speaking much. Ratios are also not always followed and one staff would be present with many kids. We had no choice but to use red balloon as we waited for an opening at a different center, we did all we could to find sitters daily so we didn’t have to take our baby here. Thankfully our opening came and we left red balloon never to look back. Our child displays so much more growth and happiness with the better center. This daycare center is over crowded and unkept. The child to staff ratio is not established and when I went to pick up my son a young baby was standing on a chair alone unsupervised in the kitchen with no other adults! I would highly recommend not using this facility because the woman in charge is great at making excuses and covering up her centers mistakes. I feel like these people lied to my face and are just really good at putting on a show to make money.
