I was just looking for the phone number and had no idea I would find such a negative review. I feel like it is important to leave my perspective so that anyone interested in BLLA has a more total image of what to expect. The negative review states, "Lots of screaming, violence, and anger from teacher(s). Little routine or learning actually happening. Send your loved ones elsewhere." My child goes to BLLA (I have multiple young ones) and I have to tell you that when you are responsible for more than one child that there is an exponential growth in terms of responsibility of care takers. The negative reviewer, and I mean no ill will to my fellow parent, sounds like they only have one child. My little one tells me all about what goes on in BLLA and there happens to be a couple of children with bad behaviors. We all have bad behaviors sometimes, so no judgement there, but I would much prefer my child's teacher/s be firm and even yell if my child or others were behaving in an unsafe manner. Violence is not okay, but I have no experience with violence originating from the teachers of BLLA (although, again, my child has informed me of a student with behaviors). I just wanted to take a moment to leave this review as there are some truly caring teachers at the facility. During drop off and pick up the teachers take the time to tell me about how the day was for my child, and make it a point to make me and my wife comfortable and get to know us. My little one tells me about what they are learning and I am happy with everything that I am hearing. I could not disagree more with what the other reviewer said about sending your loved ones elsewhere, but I do respect that if that person is uncomfortable then definitely go where you are comfortable, but frankly, Little Learners is a top notch learning facility for youngsters and I do not think that by looking elsewhere that you will actually find anything that is way better.
I've used this service over a year and have experienced nothing of what the prior reviewer claimed.
