I had frequent concerns over the year my son was at this school. The staff were often unprofessional in discussing other staff members and parents in front of students and parents. For example, I knew which families were on need-based scholarships and why a staff member got fired (not need-to-know situations). When I arrived to drop off my son following the Sandyhook shooting, staff were discussing the event, including the death of children and suicide of the perpetrator, in the presence of the children. One day a portion of my son's lunch was forgotten in the refrigerator FCP told me I could use for his lunch, and he was very hungry and grouchy when I picked him up. The accounting and billing was a nightmare. I never received a bill, and had to ask at the end of each semester for a bill. I paid it off in full each time, and then weeks after the end of the academic year FCP found services that had not been invoiced and backdated charges of over $500. They then had the audacity to tell me that the charges were overdue since they had been backdated over 30 days prior. When I tried to contest the charges, they were unwilling to discuss it at all and the executive director never returned my calls. I strongly advise parents not to use the services of FCP at any of their locations, including Marshall, Puente de Hozho, Murdoch Center, and Killip.
