| Findings: The health district found the facility out of compliance for licensing agreements and child-staff ratios. There were concerns of staff not having background checks and child-staff ratios not in compliance. During the investigation, it was confirmed that a staff member had not completed their background clearance and the child/staff ratios were not in compliance. Resolution: The staff member that did not have a background check was asked to leave the facility. Additionally, a different staff member arrived and parents picked up children to bring child-staff ratios back in compliance. | |||
