| Findings: 21-00153 Health and Safety Concern. The facility had two children with lice from two separate families. Resolution: Children were removed until resolved. Sleeping mats were spaced far apart to keep heads from touching. Sleep mats are also wiped down after naps and then stored in individual plastic bags that are placed in a designated location with each kids name on it to prevent cross contamination. Handouts were given to provider to give to parents and staff. | |||
