I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Sanitization needs to happen much more than it does. Kids are constantly sick. Staff changes so much i never know who my kid is even talking about. They should update parents more. I think they forget that these are peoples kids (aka lives). So many of the staff are young without children so they don’t grasp the importance of communicating

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Poor communication. Inconsistency. Teachers consistently change/rotate making it difficult to know who is watching your kid or who to contact. Snotty noses throughout facility. Pick my kid up with snot dried daily. They do not follow through on your requests even after they say they will
