The health department performed an investigation and determined this facility was caring for twelve (12) children, which requires a state day care license. Additionally, there was a staff member on site who did not hold a current, passing background check. Resolution: Due to pending charges, this provider does not have a current child care license and therefore was notified that all children needed to be sent home and could not return until this matter is resolved. | |||
