| Findings: The provider uses disposable changing pads on the diapering mat. The pads have a waterproof back. The provider did not clean or sanitize the diapering mat after changing a child's diaper. It was explained that if there was a tear in the waterproof side of the changing pad, it would be possible for urine or fecal material to leak through the disposable pad and onto the diapering mat. The provider will need to clean and sanitize the diapering mat after each diaper change. | |||
