2022-11-18 Mandatory Review 13A.15.04.03C Corrected
Findings: At the time of the inspection, the provider was present with 6 child care children including 4 under the age of two. The additional adult had run out quickly and was returning to the home. The substitute who lives down the street arrived approximately 5 minutes after the licensing specialist arrived at the home. The additional adult arrived back to the home within the next 5 minutes. The provider is reminded that there must always be 2 approved caregivers present when more than 2 children under the age of two are present. If the additional adult must leave, an approved substitute must be on site prior to her departure. The provider will ensure the required persons are present at all times whenever 3 or more infants are present.
