Date Type Regulations Status
2026-08-07 Monitoring
Findings: No Noncompliances Found
2026-06-18 Complaint 13A.15.03.04A(1) Corrected
Findings: One child needs doctor information on her emergency card.
2026-06-18 Complaint 13A.15.08.01B(2) Corrected
Findings: Complaint states that a toddler was able to get to the toilet and play in it without the provider realizing and the toddler was able to get up the stairs and the provider's son shaved the child's head. Complaint also states that a toddler was bit in the face and the mark lasted for a month. It was reported that the provider stated she wasn't watching the child when he was bit and that the biter has bitten before and the provider said she wasn't watching. Findings: Provider stated she recalls the time the child's head was shaved. She stated that the children had just woken from nap. She had changed the child and would usually put him in the high chair right away but another child had had an accident. Her older daughter had gone upstairs and left the gate open. Her middle child was up there and got ahold of the shaver and shaved the child. Due to the length of time it took for this to happen the provider should have realized the daycare child had left the child care space sooner so is in violation of supervision. Regarding the toilet play she stated that the child was always right behind her when she was helping children in/out of the bathroom. See Remarks for further information.

Common questions

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
