Licensed Family Daycare 20+ yrs. experience . We are a 2 - provider home providing more individual attention in a safe, loving environment located close to Pax River Naval Base in a quiet neighborhood in the Esperanza Farms area. My daughter and I are both licensed and work together. We provide an excellent learning program (Mother Goose Time which includes little Goose for the younger children) teaching skills to support ongoing social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive development they will learn abc's, colors, numbers, counting, enjoy circle time & story time. Our fun filled day also includes free play & outdoor play; we have many years of training in child development, (including 62 additional hours of infant/toddler training), health and safety. We are both CPR, First aid, & SIDS certified we have additional training in Emergency/Disaster preparedness. All training is current and up to date. We provide USDA approved meals and snacks. References are available. We are not enrolling any before or after school care/ or part- time care at this time. Hours 7:00 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday with CWS every other Friday.

Charlotte and Pam took care of our daughter full-time from 8 weeks to school age. We had peace of mind when we left her in their care; we had no doubt that she would be well-taken care of.
The home and daycare is in a safe neighborhood; Charlotte and Pam adhere to Maryland's guidelines set forth. The home and daycare is welcoming, comforting, relaxing and very clean; Charlotte and Pam also provide a good food program, providing nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
Charlotte and Pam treat all of the children like they were their own and treated the parents like they were family. They provide a very loving, nurturing environment. They keep the parents well-informed of all of the their child's daily activities, in addition to any illnesses or accidents that may have occurred, and they will contact you during the day as needed.
Charlotte and Pam also include parents in what educational curriculum they introduce to the children. Our daughter was immersed in a wonderful educational curriculum beginning at such a young age; she was more than ready to take on the school world. Our daughter looked forward to going to daycare and seeing Charlotte, Pam and all of her friends.
We absolutely love Charlotte, Pam and their families; they are an extension of our own family. We whole heartedly recommend them for a wonderful home care experience. I encourage you to contact them and see for yourself.
When looking for daycare my wife and I knew that we need a place that would love and care for our son as we would. When we first met Charlotte and Pam my wife and I were blown away. We knew that from the learning curriculum to the space they work out of that we were lucky to have found them. My son Vincent started going to Charlotte and Pam’s in January and in that short time my little guy has learned and grown so much. You get the sense and feel that Charlotte and Pam care for these children as if they are their own. My family is truly blessed that Charlotte and Pam are in our lives. If you happen to be looking for daycare there is no better place.
Charlotte and Pam run a 2 provider daycare. My son went there from 6weeks to school age. The learning programs they used did more than prepare him for school. He was reading before kindergarten. The personalized attention the kids received was more than any parent can hope for. The environment was always emaculetly clean and safe. I never had to worry if my kids were enjoying their day. They love it. I would refer anyone I know to meet them, see their daycare space (the entire upstairs floor), and find out how much they love what they do and love teaching the children that go there. It's a no tv zone. Playing and learning occur all day long.
