Licensed Family Daycare 20+ yrs. experience . We are a 2 - provider home providing more individual attention in a safe, loving environment located close to Pax River Naval Base in a quiet neighborhood in the Esperanza Farms area. My daughter and I are both licensed and work together. We provide an excellent learning program (Mother Goose Time which includes little Goose for the younger children) teaching skills to support ongoing social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive development they will learn abc's, colors, numbers, counting, enjoy circle time & story time. Our fun filled day also includes free play & outdoor play; we have many years of training in child development, (including 62 additional hours of infant/toddler training), health and safety. We are both CPR, First aid, & SIDS certified we have additional training in Emergency/Disaster preparedness. All training is current and up to date. We provide USDA approved meals and snacks. References are available. We are not enrolling any before or after school care/ or part- time care at this time. Hours 7:00 - 5:00 Monday thru Friday with CWS every other Friday.

|Findings: One child recently moved from another state and began care yesterday. The provider has an immunization record but the parents do not have a local doctor to complete the Health Inventory form. There was no documentation that an appointment was scheduled. The parents will schedule a doctor's appointment and give the provider this date. The provider informed the parents that the appointment date must be within 20 days of enrollment. All other paperwork has been completed for this child.|
|Findings: One child had a blanket in his portacrib. The licensing specialist reviewed this regulation. The provider removed the blanket immediately.|
|Findings: Each child's emergency information form was not updated as required.|
|Findings: All health-related documentation as required was not present for each child in care.|
|Findings: The required documentation was not present for each child under 6 who was in care for more than 30 days.|
