Hispanic lady in the front with short curly hair & fake lashes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to give my child a spot, have me fill out all her paper work Friday to enroll them & wait til we came in Tuesday for her to have her first day at her new school & for you to randomly say, “oh sorry we don’t have space for here” & turn my child away! I didn’t get a heads up or anything!!! I walked away with out saying anything because I was very upset! A call before with a heads up would have been nice! People work! I had to work today & was left with no child care for the day because of your unprofessionalism. You wasted my time today & work day. I can not help but to think that you turned my child away for quietly crying. Not even full on crying just shedding tears because it was her first day at school after not attending the entire pandemic. & then you pulled that? Wow! I’m glad I didn’t leave my 4yo at care of with these kind of people.
