Have ALOT of Trouble with both Kenia and Antonio Morales the owners/Directors, from leaving my children stranded at school after hours, to lieing to me about why my account isn't set up after we already had set it up,to now my account being deleted and now to what I believe lieing to me about Why I can't have the BrightWheel phone application available. They said it's being deleted. They refuse to give me access to the platform.Other parents still have the phone application. This is Kenya's email to me
"Dear, Mr. Morales
Just to inform you that, we no longer have the application available for parents anymore and all our families gradually will be removed from the platform. Can you please stop arguing that you don't have access to all this? I will be on the need to take action myself with Yuma Police Department, so please stop wanting to change my policies in my business program. The application is free for parents but my business is paying for this service and all my clients receive this free of charge., now this causing us more expenses for the business. But this is the letter of communication that was sent to all clients. So, I don't have the contract with you as a parent anymore, because you failed to bring your children to my facility during your parenting time, and I have records of all that. But as I mentioned Yuma Police Department will be notified about this situation already so please stop making calls and requesting explanations of everything. All communication will be with the person who has contracts signed with us.(Mother of Children only)
Please all personal matter between you and your ex-wife is not my business, you need to deal with this situation outside of my business. So, my only responsibility is to make sure all children/staff in my facility are completely safe. I will be on the need to get legal services. So you never talked to Antonio Morales my husband over the phone as you said so. I have proof of that in case the Yuma Police Department is requested
