| Findings: When the Surveyor was inspecting Room #1, she observed a child come into the classroom from the outdoor activity area and enter the bathroom. Both of the staff were outside on the playground. Later, the Surveyor observed the Director walk another child into the room so that the child could use the restroom. The Director then left the room and went back outside while this child was still in the bathroom. | |||
