The OMOS Preschool curriculum was designed to develop a child’s interest in learning through engaging activities and dramatic play. The school’s curriculum follows the Diocesan standards that are based on the Arizona State and National Standards for early childhood education. Our staff’s mission is to provide opportunities to help our children develop in the following areas: Spirituality Emotional Intelligence Social Interaction Physical Development Literacy and Language Development A child’s preschool experience is the foundation for future years. Our goal is to keep the children happy and excited about learning.

A full inspection was conducted at this time. 2 of 2 fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. Please complete the Plan of Corrections via the LMS Portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. The Empower Survey was emailed to the facility. Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the compliance inspection conducted on February 7, 2024, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. There were two personnel files reviewed. Both of the fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. Complete and submit a Plan of Corrections via the online portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies. * Submit a copy of a current fire inspection, a current gas inspection, and a copy of a current Certificate of Liability Insurance VIA EMAIL to your Compliance Officer.
