I have used this daycare since my son was 11 months to 3.5 years old. I have had many issues with the way that things are handled by staff and management while at this daycare. My son was sent home in a poopy diaper a couple times and then also once or twice with poop in his underwear. I have also had a couple times that my son came home with bruised or marks that NO ONE in the center knew what happened to him. One of those times was a burn on his ribs under his shirt and when brought to managements attention the next day when I dropped him off and they had no idea how it happened. When trying to bring concerns of unprofessionalism to the owners attention I was dismissed, she was rude and even unprofessional her self. This is a family run daycare and it is very obvious that favoritism is played when it comes to the family kids and they are allowed to get away with things that other children aren't. There are some great teachers that happen to work there and definitely appreciated but children over all deserve better and so does their families.
