Findings: The diaper changing table in the Yellow 3 classroom contains seams where the two pieces of countertop meet together and are not sealed. A hole in the counter where the soiled diaper container is placed is bordered by two pieces of wood that are not sanitizable and are not secured to the counter top causing dirt and debris to accumulate under and around them. The diaper changing table has a wooden trim at one end, a wooden board affixed to the edge so a child cannot fall off the side, and a wooden panel affixed to the counter and up the wall, all of which are not sanitizable. Photos of the diaper changing table were taken at the time of the inspection.

Findings: The fall zone areas located directly in front of the slide and in front of the stairs of the climbing equipment that is located on the pre-k outdoor activity area was hard and did not meet the requirements for resilient material. The resilient material throughout the rest of the area (under and around the climbing stricture) met the requirements. A photo of the surface area around the slide was taken at the time of the inspection.
