Within the first 6 weeks of assuming responsibility for supervising group of children, each employee did not complete at least 3 additional clock hours of training on topics outlined in this rule. During the first six weeks of orientation, which was due on or before January 21, 2026, the required topic “Instruction in the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment and developmentally appropriate activities for school-age children” was not documented as having been reviewed with one (1) group leader who was employed on December 10, 2025.
