Upon our arrival, the child care kitchen was readily accessible, when not in use, and the hot water temperature was in excess of 120°F. The temperature of the hot water used for cleaning and sanitizing food utensils measured 122°F at the point of use. This was corrected when the administrator made the kitchen inaccessible by securing and locking the door to the kitchen. | |||
