While observing classrooms, we observed the water temperature for sinks used for hand washing exceeded 120 degrees. The temperature of the was in spaces #1 and #2 was 121 degrees, #9 was 125 degrees, and #10 was 129 degrees. The water temperature exceeding 120 degrees was noted on the sanitation report conducted by the local environmental health department on February 27, 2023 in space #10. | |||

The rubber coating on metal chains used for the infant/toddler swings were worn, peeling, and exposed the metal links. The trees climber contained torn foam that was accessible to preschool-aged children. In the outdoor play area near space #2, the resin climber with slide, more than 18inches in height, was not secured to the ground and moved freely when touched. | |||
