| Findings: Specialist did not observe the Additional Adult wash her hands after diapering a child in care. Additional Adult had gloves on and removed the gloves, but hand washing is still required as per regulations. Additionally, a child's hands must be washed thoroughly by the provider with soap and warm running water after diapering and other times as outlined in regulations. Wiping a child's hands with a wipe is only approved for a small infant who does not have head control yet. | |||
