I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Steps to hope WAS a great daycare at first. I have 3 children that attended the daycare. The teachers are very sweet but over time they would call asking to pick my kids up early because of "short staffing". I received 5 calls with in a 2 month period of time. Then after the calls stopped they then gave me a weeks notice that they wouldn't have room for my oldest after the 18th of this month bc of the short staff issue and thought it was ok giving only 7 days notice. The main problem of this daycare is their teacher Ms.Wendy she is very rude every time I have had contact with her. Even to the point where she said she knew what's best for my kid more than I did. One incident I had with the teachers was at pick up and they proceeded to tell me my childs shoes were covered in feces from another child having a explosive diaper. They didn't clean the shoes off nor tried too. They also on many occasions tried giving my children to me in dirty diapers and tried to claim they didn't know they were dirty. So with everything that has happend to my kids and I at this place I would give them a 5/10. Maybe in time they will get better staff and it will change
