My son went to alices fTom 5 weeks till it was time for him to go to school. We never had any problems. He loved the staff and they loved him. The staff was amazing...
We found Alice while in the middle of a stressful situation. She was God sent. This is a great place for kids to go. She started at 5 months and is now 2-1/2 years. The staff is amazing and the kids seem to learn a lot. You can tell that they love the kids and will work around situations with ease. I could not see my daughter trusting her with anyone else.
I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. I have worked here at Alice's Playground Center since 2006. All the teachers and staff are caring and supportive of the children and the families they serve. Anyone can go on the Division of Child Development's website to see any childcare violations the center has had within the past three years. I am not aware of a child having their arm dislocated while at the center. I would hope the parent would have reported it to someone, so that the matter could have been looked into.
As a teacher there I know you must have written your story on the wrong daycare facility. For there have been no reports and we have not been notified of any child injury. Please correct your location on the facility, because you are speaking incorrectly where I work, and I do not take likely to this. Thank you.
My child was there for 2 weeks. He got his arm dislocated. Unfortunately it was a he said, she said story since I didn't have proof. Worst day ever! I immediately found another daycare.
