I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter has been going here since the end of November of last yr the staff are very rude they make up things as the days go on she went from going to school m-f 7:30 to 430 to one hour being shaved off the past month so today I was short $15 the lady was calling my phone 30sec after dropping her off asking for a meeting I denied cause what are we having a meeting for only meeting they should have had was when that child was wandering in the streets an the police had to return the child an no staff had even known the child was missing not to mention before 330 even hit the kids are outside sitting on the curb smh my child is always dying or thirst as soon as she gets in my car an I feel like my child has been mistreated an spot terminated because they don’t really wanna be there ever since this new lady has taken over Karen she’s a true Karen I will also be contacting Human Resources of child development an the BBB when I have turned down other daycare services my child could have went to but this was closer to my house an wanting to support my community but never again imma make sure this place is closed down for good or atleast someone else can run it cause she is very unprofessional and I’ll show her hostile since she wanna lie
