Although the lapse beyond 90 days can't be corrected, provider has corrected the error that caused the lapse. Director had been scheduling new staff for the next upcoming Pediatric First Aid/CPR training class being offered at our site as it would be convenient and less expensive than most others. At some point, director stopped counting how many days until that training to ensure that date fell within the 90 days. Then it just became habit to send them to ours and the need to meet a time frame was completely forgotten. They are only offered here January, April, and October. There are more than 90 days between them and I must be certain not to exceed 90 days.
