Now don’t get me wrong I was in love with this place. Smaller facility but that meant not as many kids. The employees were very sweet and did great with my kids. The owner on the other hand is another story. I paid part time. But for example during the hurricane she was closed so the next wk since I also wasn’t able to work I tried to make up time for time missed since I still had to pay full price. So I figured since I missed 19hrs the previous wk I could put it towards this next wk. oh no not allowed. Then I put 2 wks into work. Let her know per her contract that it was 2 wks starting today. So the last wk she'd only be there for 2 days. Well the owner claimed this wk doesn’t count and I’d have to pay for a full wk. After I told her I’d report her to the better business bureau for discrimination she proceeds to tell me she’s terminating my contract bc I’ve but her and her employees in harms way. So telling her I’d report her is causing her harm... hhhmmmm so now I get to take my daughter to work with me.
this child care need to be investigated, My son is there and everytime I call she said that she is on an appointment, if I can call later. The day care does not have a business phone. I told the lady more than 2 weeks ago to send me a list of her rules and regulations and to return my payment for the month of march, she refuse to answer the emails and to answer my calls, Im in afganistan and I am a concern parent this day care need to be investigated, also her cap is 8 kids last time I pick my son I saw more than 8 Kids there. This is unaccepable and I demanded that she return my money for the month of march more than 2 weeks ago and she refuses to do it. I do not want my kid in that day care. My mother called and she said that she will put my son on the phone but she is using her cell phone minutes. this is unnaceptable and I have no Idea what kind of place is this. If the proper authorities can get involeved I certanly appreciate it
