After several verbal attempts to get the child to cease the behavior, the staff member was observed walking to the child and grabbing the child by their upper arms to remove them from the bookshelf. Although there was no audio in the video, the facial expression and body language of the staff member appeared harsh and reflected the frustration of the staff member. Interviews confirmed yelling could be heard from staff. | |||
