Very frustrated we had with our experience at Little Brick Schoolhouse. Our children have been in daycare centers since they were newborns. We have never had any issues with a daycare center before this. I was asked to come pick up my 4 year old son because of a tantrum that could have been appropriately dealt with using behavioral techniques. I am a psychiatric provider, and have never been more frustrated with the emotional/behavioral care that my children have received. Also, calling a parent in the middle of a work day and asking them to pick up a child for a tantrum is absolutely ridiculous. I was told by the owner, "well, our other kids do not do this." The first day we walked into a preschool room, a kid came up to my son and was repeatedly punching him, so this is not true. 4 year olds will act out, and have tantrums. Do not bring your kids to this school unless you want to miss work for half of a day due to a tantrum.

| Initial Comments: The purpose of the investigation was to conduct Complaint #00168165 Investigation on 5/13/2026. A focus inspection was conducted. The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection.
