My family and I are sooo blessed to have found Wild Poppy! I can't recommend them enough. We started taking our first kiddo here 2 years ago and we added our newest kiddo just last month. Every parent knows it's difficult to to put your babies into the hands of others. With my first kiddo I had sooo much anxiety leaving him that first day. The teachers and staff were so amazing though. They sent pictures of my little one through the day and updated me on everything that was going on. In fact they still do. The next day my anxiety was reduced significantly. This time around with our newest little one, I had no worries at all.
Now, as there always is with daycare/school facilities, there have been instances where my oldest has been bitten by another kid or fallen and gotten a bump or scratch, but it was always addressed appropriately. An incident notification is sent immediately via their app and appropriate care provided. An incident report has always been written up and ready for my signature at pick up. With the spread of illnesses (RSV, flu, COVID, etc.) seen in schools, Wild Poppy went above and beyond to communicate with the parents whenever a possibility of illness exposure. They even updated their HVAC system to provide they best filtration possible. The teachers here truly get to know your kids. They noticed when my little one was slightly out of normal, no fever or anything like that, just something off. We were able to get him in to his pediatrician and found out he was starting with a cold. We were able to treat a cold early because of this.
We truly cannot say enough about this facility, these teachers, and the staff. If you're looking for a place that will truly care about your family (not just your kids), treat your kids as family, and go above and beyond to provide the best learning and nurturing environment, Wild Poppy is it! They aren't just our daycare for our kids, they're our family. ??
