Very unprofessional,
Left my grandbaby crying until she fell asleep on floor.
Every time I returned in afternoon she was screaming and crying. As soon as I picked her up she stopped, wasn't separation anxiety, no problem leaving her other places, when worker came near her while in my arms, she began crying again. As a grandparent that showed me fear of caregiver.
Was told the parents would receive hourly pictures of her day, only received maybe 1 a day, was told not their responsibility to send negative pictures, obviously there were no happy ones.
Most importantly the baby was sick constantly from the time she started daycare, when the decision to remove her from facility, no more health problems. I question the process of disinfecting.
Please before considering this daycare look into state violations, there are several. Child 11 years old in the kitchen alone where your child's food will be prepared. Number of children per caregiver, over state guidelines.
We did not do our homework.
