Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. Worst experience I ever had with a company. You want to send your child somewhere where they treat your child like their own. That is not the case here. Peoole are not friendly. They act as if they HAVE to be there instead of wanting to be there. They would rather kick tour child out and take the next paying customer with easier children to deal with. Employees let personal stuff get in the way of work. Many times had to reschedule meetings bc people had doctors appts or having to run home to let their dog out.
They also use their guinea pig as a selling point, putting the pet in the room during tours but never once did I see the pet in my child's class. Listen to all the bad reviews, obviously we are not the only ones who feel this way.
Great looking facility but it's filled with crappy staff. Including management.
