Safety is the biggest concern. The director, who employed a Paul Warren for six months, knowing he was already a convicted felon, but worse he was on trial at the time for sexual abuse of a child multiple counts. He lost his job when he was sent to jail for sixteen years for these crimes, convicted by a jury. But the director still spoke for him at sentencing saying he would be welcome back and was a wonderful person. These people have terrible judgment and will put your kids with risky people. If you are okay with that enjoy.
Personally I do not believe sex offenders should be in daycares. You can look up Paul warren thru the st Charles county courts via case.net to verify this information is true and accurate. This is not an attempt to slam anyone but rather to warn parents about a serious safety concern. The director stated they are not state licensed and do not have to follow the
state rules. That is a red flag.
Words can’t describe the love I have for this daycare. They are more than just a staff of people who care for our children. They are a great team, love all the kids, teach them so much, and take care of their employees. My children have been attending since my first was 2 and my second was an infant. In the 6 years we seen the majority of the staff stay the same. That alone speaks volumes of the organization, since most daycares tend to go through employees like a revolving door. We even went through a change of ownership during our time with them. Slightly nervous at first, but the transition was smooth for both parents and kids. In all honesty, the drastic improvements that have happened since the ownership change are amazing. The staff is happier, and I’ve even seen some return from before. The building and outdoor playgrounds have been updated and both look and function so much better. Has there been an increase in cost since we started yes, but the amount has been very minimal and gradual over the years. Let’s be real though, food costs alone have increased so much across the board that an increase of any kind is expected. My kids have been loved, safe, and cared for since day one. Pam and her team are wonderful! I thank them all with my heart for all the do to help our kids feel great, learn, and enjoy their time while parents like myself are working. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
My son has been going to Kids Kingdom since he was 6 months old. The staff are all very personable and friendly and I have not had one complaint in the 3.5 years we have been coming here. My son has a food allergy and although he brings his lunch/snacks he has never had a issue with cross contamination and getting sick while at school. The daycare also uses an app to communicate with the parents that I find very helpful. They notify us if there are sicknesses going through the daycare and also communicate when he is in need of new snacks or Almond Milk. I am also able to communicate if he will be absent that day which saves me a phone call. Although they have raised the price of their tuition, I can see where the money has been used to make upgrades to the new building. Pam the Daycare director had only taken over the daycare within the past two years and the changes that have been made to upgrade the daycare have all been great.
