There was a change in ownership in the fall of 2021. The food service certification on the wall belonged to an employee who had not been working at the facility in months. Turnover rate was high, communication was minimal. Asking a question at dropoff was met with “I don’t work in the rooms I’ll ask XYZ.” There’s a complaint investigation going on now, an employee who was a director contacted the state 1/14/22 and asked to be removed from the paperwork as the director and that was her last day. When the state investigated the owner stated the director was at an appointment. Then stated she was unaware the director had quit.
