-In Preschool-School age classroom and the Infant classroom has water stains on ceiling tiles and is not sanitary. -In the Boys bathroom the sink top is loose from the wall and the base of the cabinet under the sink is broken and is not safe.. -In the Toddler classroom there were child size chairs stacked with children present and is not safe.
