A white door has a crack in the middle which is unsafe. Ceiling tiles with water stains in the 3's-5's room and the School-age room which is unsanitary. Two ceiling tiles with broken corners in the 1’s-2’s room, Bowed ceiling tiles in the 3's-5's room, In there are missing ceiling tiles in the 3's-5's storage closet and missing ceiling tiles in the School-age room; All of which are unsanitary.
