Absolutely the most un professional pre k program in history. So I sign my son up for pre k program in March. I recieved a letter at the end of April from Samaria Barnes to contact her to make a appointment. I call and left several messages for her to call me back. A month went by no email no call. So I call the center back and I leave a message for everybody that I could possibly get a vm to call me back. Two weeks later still no ca or email. So I go up there and talk to the receptionist who took my name and number down and my child's name as well. A month later still no call no email no nothing. So I call the headstart headquarters and spoke with a receptionist who then contacted her supervisor for me. Samaria called me right back within the hour????. Then she tells me to go to the sign up for EVERYBODY on Aug 3. That was what I was trying to avoid THE RUSH. So I go to the sign up and what I was told was supposed to be one hour was 2 1/2 hours and I was late to work. The next week I got a call back from Broan with from Windsor East. I came to him with all the paperwork that he ask me to bring with him but he needed a form filled out for my son's Allergist he is allergic to eggs, peanuts and treenuts. So I take my son to the allergist and had him fill the form out and fax it to Brian. So Brian so unprofessional he never called me back to say Hey the Dr.didn't fill out the substitute part. He states he cannot turn the paper in to the nutritionist until that part is complete. Need i6remind you guys that they me through months of the paperwork be. I still complied because I want my son to get his education. So I had waited a week then called Brian back to check on the status of my paperwork when he decides to inform me of the substitution for his allergies. This whole time I have the allergist call me back and forth and called him as well to tell him there is no substitution for those allergies. He said he fax the sheet to them yet they called me and told me they never received a fax but this whole time NOT ONCE has he called me or them. The allergist called me today and told me they faxed the sheet back to him finally after I called him and told him they didn't receive the fax. Then all of a sudden he decides to fax it. So while I'm doing all of this back and forth for 6 months there is no guarantee that my child could be selected. I'm beyond PISSED. They don't give a damn about this kids or the trying parents. I have worked for months diligently to get my son in this program which started Aug 14. They are extremely unprofessional and they need to be shut down. I will be filing a report with the BBB. Don't send your kids to HEADSTART.
