Yes, this head start might look nice but there is much drama between the employees. Teachers have been leaving a lot and the teachers boss has been switching out a lot. The teachers are set to be in the playground watching the kids and not gossiping. But when one teacher goes and says one thing that not even negative to another teacher they get yelled at. The boss and some other employees hate each other and don’t care. They want to gossip about each other and steal from each other. They also want to blame each other, just so someone can get in trouble. Many teachers come home stressed and crying because of how they are treated. Many teacher don’t even want to do something they love because of the drama. Please fix this problem!
