Id like to start out with I lovED this place. When they started around 10 weeks Mandy made me feel comfortable and took care of my babies. When the moved up to Mrs.Jennifer I knew they were loved. (She has gone above and beyond loving my babies, we’ve never had an issue with either primary infant teacher) However when they moved up, there’s never enough staff so they are moved around, a teacher quit so I’m sure that’s frustrating. Their teacher acts like she hates her job and/or small children. Some snarky comments have been made about my children’s attitudes. My daughter came home with a bruise on her ankle and knot on her head. No one could give me an explanation of why and the teacher was gone already. When addressing her the next day the 1yo teacher raised her voice and got defensive. Audrey said she didn’t see anything and my kids are the only ones with these issues. I understand bumps and bruises happen, especially at this age. However, when a knot on her head or bruises around her ankle cannot be explained, and then the teacher gets defensive that worries me. My concerns are not addressed, because I am just a “headstrong” mama. The communication of this center is severely lacking, I have to hound for any information. I am very disappointed that the love, care, and concern I have experienced for my kids previously from this center was not continued throughout the facility.
