Welcome. Welcome. Welcome. TJ’s Childcare is a family daycare that provides learning, love and fun to all children. My goal is to provide your child/ren with quality care, in a safe, friendly environment, so that you may attend work, or whatever your daily schedule is, without worry.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

Findings: The provider added a new addition to her home and had a portion of her back porch enclosed into a play room for the day care. The provider began using this room as child care space prior to this room being approved by the Fire Marshal and the Office of Child Care. At the time of the inspection, no hazards were observed in the new area and it contained multiple daycare materials and activities, plus a small table for the children. The provider was reminded that in order to utilize a new room or an area of the home that is not currently approved, has to meet the approval process of the Office of Child Care and the Fire Marshal's office prior to utilization. The Fire Marshal had already been notified that an inspection needed to take place for the upcoming conversion inspection.
Findings: The provider was required to complete the first year continued training by 2/28/2018. This training was not completed until mid March 2018.
Findings: At the time of the inspection, bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 were cluttered and contained possible hazards/choking hazards. The rooms were filled with various items, such as clothes, boxes, craft items, decorations, etc. The provider is in the process of reorganizing these rooms. Until the provider reorganizes these rooms, they will be off-limits for child care. The provider agreed to submit photographs of these rooms once they are reorganized. A revised Certificate of Registration will be mailed to the provider showing these rooms as off-limits.
