Findings: Provider has recently built a deck onto their home. It has two sets of stairs up to the deck from the back yard. The Provider will need to place a barrier at the bottom of each of the stairs. The provider also has a set of cement stairs as a walk-up from the basement. This is a safety concern as young children could fall down those stairs while playing in the back yard, possibly resulting in injury. A barrier should be placed across the top of those stairs. Please place and secure these barriers in the backyard and send a picture to OCC for the correction.

Findings: The closet in the bathroom has a lock on the door, but the door was not closed or locked during the inspection. Within the closet, Licensing Specialist observed Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, 96oz bottle of Bona hard surface cleaner, 32oz bottle of Lysol toilet cleaner and a 140oz bottle of Simple Green all-purpose cleaner. All of these were located on the floor of the closet and easily accessible to the children. These are cleaning products that are potentially harmful to children. There was also a bottle of mouthwash containing 11% alcohol on the bathroom sink which could also be accessed by children. During the inspection, Provider removed the mouthwash and put it in the closet. She had her adult daughter secure the child proof lock on the closet door. Subsequently, the non-compliance was corrected on-site. Provider agreed to keep potentially harmful items secured and away from the children.

She is awesome. Loves your child and gives excellent care. I would recommend to anyone
This provider talks about children and families to children and adults. She closes frequently (2 or more days a month)!!! She charges you for all days she is closed. She provides meals. Everything is frozen and consists of eggs, fish sticks, pizza, grilled cheese, pancakes, chicken nuggets etc. she uses high chairs to restrain kids in timeout and changes her rates and daycare calendar dependent on the family. i would not recommend this daycare and my child will not return!
