A paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights was offered at the time of the inspection. Twenty three staff files were reviewed, and all fingerprint clearance cards were verified as valid via the DPS website. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Ensuring the Front Playground is maintained free from hazards and in a clean condition prior to the next usage. Licensure is pending an acceptable plan of corrections. The Ready to Learn rooms must have approved diaper changing areas within 60 days of licensure. | |||
